LA BRUYERE provides legal advice and assistance to companies and employees with regard to employment matters (individual and collective) as well as social security matters. We also assist clients in the scope of employment-related disputes and restructuring operations.
Employment Law - Individual issues
We assist clients daily in their human resources management, in particular by drafting employment contracts or providing advice on issues such as the simultaneous holding of an employment contract and a term of office as a company director, optimisation of management remuneration, disciplinary law, dismissals (individual dismissal on personal grounds, or redundancy), secondment or expatriation of employees.
We provide assistance in negotiating and drafting settlement agreements and in analysing the risks associated with supplying human resources (leasing of employees, undeclared work).
Employment Law - Collective issues
Our services include advice and assistance with regard to creating and managing works councils and central works councils, group works councils and European works councils, organizing staff representative elections, drafting company rules and regulations, and compulsory information to be displayed on the premises.
We advise clients with regard to collective redundancies, vocational training, employee savings schemes, working time, equal treatment, health and safety, and we assist them in the scope of their employment-related disputes.
Social Security Law
We advise companies with regard to accidents in the workplace and work-related illnesses, employee health and welfare insurance, and public subsidies. We also provide assistance in the scope of inspections by the URSSAF (*) and related disputes.
