Vincent Eicher assists his clients, large French and foreign companies and SMEs, in corporate law, for their corporate transactions. He accompanies them in establishing strategy, negotiating and carrying out transactions for the acquisition and sale of securities or assets, businesses, restructuring, mergers or spin-offs between companies. He provides advice for all the consequences of these transactions: liability, representations and warranties, shareholder conflicts, insolvency proceedings, etc.
In addition, he advises his clients on issues related to their commercial and industrial relations (supply, manufacturing, subcontracting, marketing and distribution), at the time of choosing contractual schemes, during the drafting and/or negotiation of contracts and general terms of sale or purchase, while responding to calls for tenders, and finally on the occasion of the termination of contractual relations.
His clients operate in diversified sectors (industry and services in the sector of personal and property safety, automotive subcontracting, agro-food products, timber industry, catering, insurance, etc. real estate, financial services, events).
Vincent Eicher also advises on litigation, in corporate law cases and disputes between shareholders and commercial disputes.

Education and experience
Vincent Eicher is a member of the Paris Bar, and he studied at Dijon University and at the European University Institute in Florence (Italy). He graduated in law cum laude with a DEA (Master) and holds a PhD in international law. He was a researcher at the CNRS as part of his doctorate, worked for Thieffry & Associés, Clifford Chance, Debost Falque, Carpentier, Barbé, and Falque & Associés, as well as in house counsel within the AXA group. He is co-founder of the Alezan firm in 2011 and joined LA BRUYERE firm in 2022.
Born and raised in a multicultural environment with its roots in France, Asia and the United States, his professional experience has developed in an international environment.
He speaks French (mother tongue), English (fluent), and Italian.
